Before you buy, you need to know what you can afford. Be prepared to provide all income information and paperwork including, but not limited too; tax returns, w2's, 1099's and to discuss your current expenses and financial situation with a lender.

5. The Offer
Once you have found a home we discuss an offer to present to the seller. Often times the first offer is not accepted so be prepared to negotiate.
6. Under Contract!
Once your offer is accepted we start preparing for inspections, appraisals and making sure financing is in order.
As the we near the end of the contract, cross our T's and dot our I's we prepare for you to enter the stage of home ownership.
